Graduated in Geology from Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) in 2018, he developed his undergraduate project focusing on fault deformation analysis in the Andes, temporal correlation of deformation events, and petroleum systems modeling.In 2019, he worked at the Instituto Colombiano del Petroleo y Energias (ICPET), performing 2D seismic interpretation, fault modeling, and temporal analysiswith an emphasis on the stratigraphy of compartmentalized siliciclastic reservoirs. Additionally, he participated in multidisciplinary research projects that enhanced his understanding of the quantitative characterization of rock properties and fluids.He completed his Master's in Reservoir Modeling at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), where he worked on seismic noise analysis and fault modeling for a field in Brazil's pre-salt region. He is currently finalizing his Ph.D. with an emphasis on modeling facies of highly heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs in the Brazilian pre-salt. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
