The Researcher is a doctoral student in the line of State, Institutions and Public Policies with the Graduate Program in Social Sciences of the Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP with a scholarship from CAPES, he held a doctoral internship abroad at the University of Salamanca - Spain, with funding from CAPES. Master, Bachelor and Licentiate in Social Sciences from UNESP, with scholarships from CAPES and FAPESP. Technician in Public Policy Management from the Center for Studies and Research in Municipal Administration CEPAM-USP. Researcher in the area of public policies, public bureaucracy and State capacities, with a focus on the formulation and implementation of policies by subnational entities. Research member of the Center for Studies and Research on Urban and Environmental Development - NEPDUA, accredited by the CNPQ at the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of UNESP/FCLAr.
