Dimas Pontes Café Filho

Master of Science from Fundação Antônio Prudente, specialized in tumor and cell biology with an emphasis on DNA repair proteins. Graduated in Biomedicine with qualifications in Molecular Biology and Clinical Pathology. During my undergraduate studies, I completed my scientific initiation at the Laboratory of Tumor Biology and Biomarkers at the International Center for Research and Education (CIPE). I have specific characteristics and experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques, including: DNA extraction and RNAPCR and RT-qPCR , cDNA synthesis and creation of amplicon libraries, Western Blot, cloning, generation of cellular models using the CRISPR/Cas9 technique, production of plasmids and lentiviruses for transfection by Lipofectamine, cell culture (OGM1 and OGM2 lines). I have experience in Immunoprecipitation by Blot, immunofluorescence, ELISA and cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry. Additionally, I have clinical experience in laboratory tests of human biological fluids in the areas of hematology, immunology and biochemistry.Currently, he is part of the Fleury Groups Immunology Research and Development group.
