Biologist graduated from the University Center of Lavras - UNILAVRAS (2009). Master in Plant Biotechnology from the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA (2013) with experience in developing embryogenic cell suspensions of Coffea arabica and histological characterization, with evaluation of the expression of genes related to somatic embryogenesis in coffee plants. PhD in Plant Biotechnology from the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA (2017) with a sandwich period at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) / Montpellier, France, developing research on the expression of stress-induced genes in Coffea arabica subjected to different abiotic stresses. She worked as a researcher at INCT - Coffee, with experience focused on the expression of coffee genes under abiotic stress conditions. He has experience in Tissue Culture, Genetic Transformation, Molecular Biology, Sample Preparation for Sanger Sequencing, Preparation and visualization of histological slides (Photonic and Electron Microscopy) and evaluation of gene expression through the RT-qPCR technique. Developed research as a Post-doctorate at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), involved in the project "Phosphorus use efficiency in Eucalyptus and the physiological and genetic mechanisms involved", working with the gene expression of the network that regulates the absorption, transport and remobilization of phosphorus in the plant. Currently developing research at the Agronomic Institute of Campinas (IAC), with an emphasis on obtaining coffee embryogenic callus for genetic transformation and gene editing.
