Graduated in Nursing and Obstetrics from the Marília Medical School - FAMEMA (2000), she has extensive complementary training and diversified professional experience. In addition to her undergraduate degree, she also obtained an Apprenticeship in Public Health (2001), a Specialization in Family Health (2003) and a Specialization in Medical Residency (2006), all from the Botucatu Medical School - UNESP. In 2018, she completed the Teaching in Higher Education course at UNINGÁ. With frequent participation in events in the field, she holds a master's degree in Nursing from UFSCar (2023), with research centered on the theme of "Collaborative Leadership in the Context of Teamwork in Primary Health Care."She is currently a member of the Research Group on Management, Training, Health and Work (GFST) at UFSCar, where she develops research in the area of "Work and Management in Health and Nursing" and a doctoral student in Health Sciences at the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of São Carlos PPGEnf / UFSCar.
