Has a bachelor's degree in Physics (2018) and a master's degree in Physics (2021) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Since 2021, she has been a PhD student in the Neurophysics Group at the Gleb Wataghin Physics Institute (IFGW/Unicamp). Her research focuses on the study of brain functional connectivity from electroencephalography (EEG) signals in different neurological conditions. As her main PhD project, she is carrying out research involving changes in functional connectivity in stroke patients during motor rehabilitation using neuromodulation. Is also conducting research in the area of epilepsy diagnosis and recently started a research internship at the University of Calgary on the subject of biomarkers of engagement in robot-assisted gait training based on EEG.
