Master's student in Psychology at PUC-Campinas and graduated in Psychology from the same institution. Affiliated with the research group "Subject Constitution Processes in Educational Practices" (PROSPED). CAPES scholarship recipient. In the academic field, I served as a monitor for the courses in Human Development and Psychological Assessment. I conducted research through Scientific Initiation with a scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) on the topic: Family Interactions of Boys Engaged in Bullying at School, focusing mainly on violence, adolescent health, family relationships, school health, and bullying. I have experience in the field of Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational and School Psychology. In the organizational area, I primarily work on developing business KPIs, Recruitment and Selection, and Performance Management Cycle.
