Altair Aparecido de Oliveira Filho

Altair Oliveira Filho is a geographer and Ph.D. in Science and Technological Policy at the State University of Campinas, Brazil. He is a Professor at the Federal Institute of São Paulo and a post-doctoral student at the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy at the University of Campinas. He is also part of the Electric Vehicles Studies Laboratory (LEVE). His interest is in the relationship between Technological Change and Local Development, emphasizing low-emission technologies.
