Graduated in Biochemical Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP-USP) and master in Toxicology from the Postgraduate Program in Toxicology at FCFRP-USP. During my degree, I worked for two years in the Analytical Toxicology area, developing research on the evaluation of carcinogenic compounds in food samples, and for one year in Toxinology, carrying out the isolation and characterization of antitumor compounds in snake venom, an area in which I also developed my master's degree. I am currently a PhD student in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Program at FCFRP-USP in the #8203;#8203;Natural Products area and I am developing my project in the bioprospecting of fungal metabolites with antiparasitic action.
