PhD in Biotechnology from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), with a sandwich period at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, and a Masters degree in Planning and Use of Renewable Resources from UFSCar. Holds undergraduate degrees in Systems Analysis and Development, Biological Sciences, and Biomedical Systems, with a strong multidisciplinary background and a focus on the development of innovative technologies, particularly monitoring systems and software for the agri-industrial sector.Currently a co-founder of Smart Compost, a company dedicated to developing sustainable technological solutions for waste management, with an emphasis on the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT), process automation, and embedded systems development. Also serves as the Technical Director of the Brazilian Composting Association (ABCompostagem), where he leads projects promoting technological innovations in composting and sustainability.With more than five years of experience in higher education, he teaches engineering and technology courses at the Anhembi Morumbi University, Athon Sorocaba campus, focusing on technologies applied to sustainability, automation, and smart systems. He has international experience as a research assistant at the University of Minnesota (USA), working with agricultural management technologies for corn and soybean production, and as a technology researcher at KIT (Germany).A specialist in the development of devices and technologies for environmental and agricultural monitoring, with expertise in programming (Python, C++), embedded systems, IoT, and smart sensors. He has extensive practical experience in RD project management, leading technical teams, and consulting on the implementation and operation of smart composting plants. He is the holder of a technological patent application in the area of automation and is internationally recognized as a Young Professional by the United States Composting Council (USCC), highlighting his role as a technological and innovative leader in the composting and waste management sector.
