PhD in Health Sciences from the Department of Psychobiology at the Escola Paulista de Medicina - Universidade Federal de São Paulo (EPM-UNIFESP), with an emphasis on Medicine and Sociology of Drug Abuse. Developed a project in partnership with the Department of Health Informatics (DIS-UNIFESP) and Uppsala University (Sweden), resulting in the creation of the TrIE-AD app (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral - Alcohol and Other Drugs). Currently holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Postgraduate Program in Education and Health in Childhood and Adolescence, affiliated with the Department of Education at the School of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences (EFLCH-UNIFESP), where coordinates the #Conexão Project. The initiative comprises three main components: (1) cross-cultural adaptation and evaluation of an intervention program for family members of adolescents who use psychoactive substances (Community Reinforcement and Family Training); (2) adaptation and validation of instruments to assess protective behaviors and stigma related to substance use; and (3) development of digital technologies to support research processes and intervention practices. Holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI); completed advanced training in Mental Health and Psychosocial Care for Adolescents and Youth at Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (FIOCRUZ); and specialization in Neuropsychology, Psychopathology, and Mental Health at Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC). Currently pursuing a specialization in Drugs, Society, and Educational Practices at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Works as a researcher at the Drug Dependence Unit (UDED-UNIFESP), the Interdisciplinary Center for Studies in Neuroscience, Health, and Education in Adolescence (CIENCIA-UNIFESP), and the Laboratory of Basic and Applied Cognitive Psychology at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (LPCog/UFSC). Also collaborates on projects with the Laboratory for Research and Studies on Mental Health and Psychosocial Care at the National School of Public Health (LAPS/ENSP-FIOCRUZ), É de Lei Community Center for Harm Reduction (São Paulo), and Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain). Serves as Deputy Coordinator of the Brazilian Network for Science and Education on Alcohol and Other Drugs (ReEduca-AD), and is a member of several national and international associations, including the Brazilian Association for Behavior Analysis (ABPMC), the Brazilian Multidisciplinary Association on Drug Studies (ABRAMD), the International Network on Brief Interventions for Alcohol and Other Drugs (INEBRIA), the Confederación de Adolescencia y Juventud para Iberoamérica, Italia y Caribe (CODAJIC), and the Intercambiantes Brasil Collective. Additionally, practices as a Clinical Psychologist at the Integrated Center for Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Psychology (CINP). Develops integrated research, teaching, and outreach activities focused on mental health, prevention, psychological treatment, harm reduction, and health promotion. Author/editor of 11 national books, 7 international volumes, and several book chapters, technical-pedagogical materials, and scientific articles on mental health and substance use.
