Architect and urban planner graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism and Design at the University of São Paulo (FAU USP), with an academic exchange program at Technische Universität Berlin (TU-Berlin). Researcher on public policies for promoting the social function of property and the forms of production of real estate vacancy in Brazilian cities. Currently studying Public Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), and, soon, will initiate the Masters program on Habitat at FAU USP.
