Biomedical researcher with expertise in applied microbiology, biotechnology, and animal experimentation. Currently conducting postdoctoral research at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo (USP) supported by a FAPESP fellowship. Previously served as a visiting researcher at the University of Porto (Portugal), focusing on animal nutrition and sustainability. Holds a dual PhD in Biochemical-Pharmaceutical Technology from USP (FAPESP fellowship) and Applied Cellular and Molecular Biology from Universidad de La Frontera (Chile). Project Management specialist with an MBA from USP/ESALQ, a Masters degree in Parasitic Biology from UNICEUMA/FAPEMA, and a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences from Estácio/PROUNI. Research interests center on probiotic bacteria with antimicrobial activity and the application of alternative therapies and diets in in vivo experimental models. International experience includes collaborations with the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), Universidad Católica de Temuco (Chile), Universidad de La Frontera (Chile), and the University of Porto (Portugal). Author of over 20 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals. Co-supervised FAPESP-funded undergraduate research projects and taught basic and clinical microbiology courses.
