Ph.D. candidate in Food Engineering at the State University of Campinas, with a double degree agreement in the Sustainable Chemistry Ph.D. program at the NOVA University of Lisbon (Portugal). I hold a M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Parana, with an emphasis on Environmental Biotechnology research. I graduated in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Parana and have experience in the research work, focusing on physicochemical analysis of foods, biomass and bioenergy, pre-treatment of lignocellulosic substrates, analytical chemistry (high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography), catalysis, sub/supercritical technology, adsorption, and treatment of agro-industrial effluents. I have published 50 articles in specialized journals and several papers at scientific conferences. My h-index is 11 (Scopus). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
