I have experience in the Enzymology field, investigating mutant - type cellulases performance in cellulose degradation reactions in comparison with their respective wild - type ones for two years using techniques such as: cell transformation, protein expression and purification, SDS - Page electroforesis, end - point kinetic assays, and colorimetric assays, in a research project funded by CNPq. I also have a brief experience studying oxidized lipids and their role in protein aggregates related to neurodegenerative disease using techniques such as: foto - oxidation, Thin Layer Chromatography, HPLC, fluorescence kinetic assays using thioflavine as fluorescence indicator, and SDS - Page electroforesis. Graphical analysis of the experimental data and report writing to the responsible entities (CNPq and the Chemistry Institute of the University of São Paulo, respectively) were procedures present in both projects. Besides that, I also have experience in programming languages, with focus on R language and Python (for Data Science and Graphical Analysis), VBA (focusing on automatization processes in Excel) and HTML/CSS/Javascrpit. (for Web Programming). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
