Has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP, 1990), a Masters in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP, 1996), and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP, 2006). Worked as a professor at the University of Ribeirão Preto - Unaerp from 1994 to 1995. Worked at Tecumseh do Brasil from 1991 to 2020, holding roles such as Industrial Trainee, Production Master, Chief Production Administrator, Manufacturing Business Unit Manager, and Industrial Manager. Has experience in the field of Production Engineering, with a focus on Management and Leadership, Manufacturing, Processes, Quality, Logistics, PCPM, Machine, Tool, and Process Development, Continuous Improvement, and the manufacturing of induction and variable-speed electric motors. Since 2020, has been developing a research project as a Collaborating Researcher at LEMI (Industrial Multiphase Flow Laboratory) at the São Carlos School of Engineering - USP, aiming to bring market relevance to the projects developed by its researchers, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, and also introducing organizational and work standards from industry into the academic research laboratory environment. Has also acted as a researcher in RD projects developed by LEMI in collaboration with Petrobras. In 2022, was the Principal Investigator of a PIPE1 project by the startup CSense Tecnologia Ltda. supported by FAPESP, titled: "Portable Sensor for Instantaneous Measurement of Fresh Concrete Trace." In 2024, started Stage 2 of the PIPE TC project, "Portable Sensor for Instantaneous Measurement of the Water-to-Cement Ratio and the Mass Fractions of Water and Cement in Fresh Concrete," with the startup CSense in partnership with LEMI-EESC-USP.** (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
