Ph.D. candidate (2021present) in Economics, with a focus on the Economics of Technology and Innovation, at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), including a visiting research period at the School of Economics of the University of Porto (Portugal). Holds a Masters degree (20192021) in Economics with the same emphasis from UNESP. Earned a Bachelors degree in Financial Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia América do Sul (20092010) and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the State University of Maringá (UEM) (20142018). Also completed two postgraduate programs: an MBA in Controllership and Auditing from the Instituto Paranaense de Ensino (20102011), and a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Certificate in Technology and Innovation Management at IFMG (20232025).Currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the School of Administration, Accounting, and Economics (FACE) of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). He is also a researcher and collaborator with the Group for Studies in Industrial Economics (GEEIN) and the Applied Economics Research Group (GPEA), both affiliated with UNESP/FCLAr.Executive Secretary and member of the Brazilian Association for Industrial and Innovation Economics (ABEIN), and member of the Brazilian Society for Political Economy (SEP). Former Academic Advisor at UNESP, Content Developer for the University of São Francisco (USF), and Fellow of the Entrepreneurial and Innovative Culture Program at the UNESP Innovation Agency (AUIN).Worked as a Researcher and Coordinator of Economic and Innovation Data Analysis at Opensense, supported by the PIPE program of FAPESP (São Paulo Research Foundation) and the National Association of Entities Promoting Advanced Technologies (ANPROTEC).His research interests include: Industrial and Technological Economics, Innovation Ecosystems, Competitiveness and Innovation Studies, Economic Development, Institutional Economics, Economic Law and Law Economics, Microeconomics and Quantitative Methods in Economics, Health Economics, Public Policy, and Public Sector Economics.
