Postdoctoral training in Food Science with a primary focus on food toxicology, the occurrence of toxicologically relevant chemical compounds and their biomarkers, assessing risks during prenatal and early childhood stages using Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil (2022present).
