Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) (2019). Master and PhD in Sciences, with an emphasis on Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, from the postgraduate program of the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP). During his doctorate, he did a Research Internship Abroad (2024) at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research (BEPE/FAPESP). He has experience in Botany, with a focus on Plant Anatomy, Morphology and Physiology, working mainly on the following topics: anatomy of monocotyledons, histopathology, underground systems, plant metabolism, gas exchange and responses to abiotic and biotic stresses.
