Camila Nastari Fernandes

Researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM), affiliated with the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap). She completed postdoctoral studies in Social Policies at the Federal University of São Paulo (EFLCH-UNIFESP) and in Public Health at the École de Santé Publique (ESPUM), Université de Montréal, Canada. Holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Territorial Planning and Management (PGT) from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the School of Sociology and Politics Foundation of São Paulo (FESPSP), and a specialization in Urban Economics and Public Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). Her research focuses on institutions, public policies, and urban and social policies, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches to urban planning, territorial management, and public policy analysis.
