PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology (emphasis in bioinformatics) at UNICAMP. Specialized in multiomics analysis (Methylome, Exome, bulk RNAseq and single-cell RNAseq), liquid biopsy and mass spectrometry imaging (DESI-MSI) aimed at the study of solid tumors, with an emphasis on bioinformatics analysis of large-scale datasets. I worked for 1 year at Wellcome Sanger Institute (UK) as external post graduate student working on computational biology in single-nuclei RNAseq and Whole Genome Sequencing.
