I am a final-year PhD student in Genetics and Molecular Biology at UNICAMP working on single-cell transcriptome analysis of bone cancers, developed at the Boldrini Children's Hospital. I have experience in the field of Oncology with an emphasis on molecular biology. Currently work with multiomics tools (Methylome, Exome, bulk RNAseq and single-cell RNAseq), liquid biopsy and mass spectrometry imaging (DESI-MSI) aimed at the study of childhood tumors, with an emphasis on bioinformatics analysis of large-scale datasets. I worked for 1 year at Wellcome Sanger Institute (UK) as external post graduate student working on computational biology in single-nuclei RNAseq and Whole Genome Sequencing.
