Ana Paula Reis Nolêtto

I have a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (2001). Master in Civil Engineering (Area of Concentration: Transport) from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2013). Doctor in Civil Engineering (Area of Concentration: Transport) from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2018). Currently studying my postdoctoral degree in Civil Engineering (Area of concentration: Transport) at the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP, focusing on food losses along the distribution chain. I have been working as a scientific researcher at Ital since 1998, in the area of Food Packaging, mainly in the following Research Lines: Packaging for Transport and Distribution; Distribution Logistics; Development of Packaging Solutions to Minimize Losses in the Supply Chain; Smart Packaging; Packaging within the concept of Internet of Things and Application of Biopolymers in Cellulosic Materials. In 2018 I became Technical Manager of Packaging Systems at the Packaging Technology Center - CETEA, at the Institute of Food Technology - ITAL and since 2022 I also work as Deputy Director of the same Center.
