Holds a PhD in Space Geophysics from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), in addition to a master's degree and bachelor's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). With extensive experience in Space Geophysics and Space Climate, he specializes in the study of Plasma Bubbles, employing advanced techniques in observation, numerical simulation, and forecasting models. Over more than 10 years working in the Aeronomy and Space Climate divisions of the General Coordination of Engineering, Technology, and Space Sciences (CGCE) at INPE, he has made significant contributions, including publishing over 30 scientific articles in indexed international journals. His frequent collaborations with renowned scientists in the field highlight the impact and relevance of his research. Currently, he plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the sensor network of the EMBRACE Program and provides advisory services to public and private institutions. He is actively involved in the EMBRACE Programs Weekly Briefing and is responsible for the updating and maintenance of the Total Electron Content (TEC) and ionospheric scintillation calculation systems. In addition to his research and advisory activities, he supervises master's and doctoral students in the Space Geophysics Graduate Program (PGGES) at INPE. He also teaches the courses "Statistical Methods GES 208-3" and "Special Topics in Ionosphere GES 4012-4," playing a crucial role in training new professionals in the field of Space Geophysics.
