Holds a Postdoctoral degree in Human Movement Sciences and Rehabilitation from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP, 2024) and is currently pursuing a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Graduate Program in Rehabilitation Sciences at the School of Medicine, University of São Paulo (FMUSP), funded by FAPESP. Earned a PhD and Masters degrees in Health Sciences (Medicine Otolaryngology) from UNIFESP, working on interdisciplinary projects integrating immune-inflammatory responses, exercise, aging, and rehabilitation. Completed a doctoral research internship abroad (PDSE/CAPES) at the Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Transplantation at KU Leuven (Belgium), focusing on clinical immunology applied to physical exercise. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (Licentiate and Bachelor's tracks) from Metodista University of São Paulo and postgraduate specializations in Exercise Physiology (UNIFESP) and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (PUC Minas). Teaches in postgraduate programs in Sports Medicine (IBCMed) and Exercise Physiology and Resistance Training for Health, Disease, and Aging (Biodelta Institute), covering Exercise Physiology, Metabolism, and Biochemistry. Previously worked at IBM Research Brazil as a researcher in innovation projects and is a co-inventor of two international patents related to physiological monitoring. Research interests include immune-inflammatory responses to exercise, aging, pulmonary rehabilitation, wearable technologies, and data science applied to exercise prescription and health promotion. Also develops projects at the intersection of health and technology, focusing on wearable technologies, physiological monitoring, and data science applied to exercise prescription.
