I work in the research area of nutritional epidemiology. I am a member of the NUPENS/USP (Center for Epidemiological Research in Nutrition and Health at the University of São Paulo) and the NutriNet Brazil cohort team. My interests include the impact of food processing on health, particularly in individuals with pre-existing chronic diseases, and the assessment of dietary intake considering food processing. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo (2021). Areas of interest: public health, nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment.
