CV Lattes ORCID

Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Física de São Carlos (IFSC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Chemistry from São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a Masters and Ph.D. in Sciences (Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo (USP). Awarded the USP Thesis Distinction Award for the best PhD thesis in Sciences, in recognition of his work on miniaturized devices for detecting environmentally and clinically relevant analytes. He conducted a research internship at Imperial College London (UK), where he worked on the development of tattoo-based electrochemical sensors and graphene field-effect transistors (GFETs) for biomedical applications. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at USP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Osvaldo N. Oliveira Jr., and serves as a collaborative researcher at the Brazilian National Nanotechnology Laboratory (LNNano), part of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), contributing to the development of wearable devices for real-time biomarker monitoring. His research interests include the chemical and electrochemical synthesis of nanomaterials, development of biosensors and electrochemical sensors, wearable devices, and flexible electronics, with applications in environmental, clinical, and agricultural contexts. He has experience in microfabrication, surface functionalization, and advanced material characterization using spectroscopic, diffractive, and imaging techniques. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
