Master's degree in progress in the Postgraduate Program in Biotechnology at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Instituto de Química, Câmpus de Araraquara. Her research focuses on natural products with anti-glycating and antioxidant activity from medicinal plants for use in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
