I am a Masters student in the Graduate Program in Marine and Coastal Biodiversity and Ecology at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), with a project funded by FAPESP, supervised by Prof. Dr. Lucas Buruaem Moreira and co-supervised by Prof. Dr. Igor Dias Medeiros. My research, entitled Transcriptomic Analysis of the Burrowing Amphipod Tiburonella viscana Exposed to Contaminated Sediments, builds on my Bachelors degree in Marine Science and Technology (UNIFESP), where I completed an undergraduate thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gilberto Pessanha Ribeiro, focusing on Morphodynamic Studies at the Mouth of the Itaguaré River, Parque Estadual da Restinga de Bertioga/SP.During my Masters, I undertook a sandwich period at the University of Padua, Italy, under the guidance of Prof. Tomasso Patarnello. I interned at the Museu do Mar (Santos/SP) from 2019 to 2021 and collaborated with the Observatório da Dinâmica Costeira (UNIFESP) between 2020 and 2021. I am a member of the Núcleo de Mapeamento Digital e Formas de Uso do Território Costeiro and was a CNPq scholarship recipient in the Sentinelas das Praias Extension Project (UNIFESP) in 2020.
