Bachelor's degree in Fundamental Health Sciences from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo (ICB-USP). Conducts research in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Structural Biology, with a focus on the structural determination and functional characterization of proteins using X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), biochemistry, and molecular biology techniques. Also works in Genetic Engineering and Synthetic Biology, having served as coordinator of the iGEM USP-Brazil team in internationally recognized projects awarded medals and special prizes. Has experience in leading scientific teams, organizing national educational initiatives in Synthetic Biology, and serving in academic representative positions at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo.
