PhD Student in Organic Chemistry at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Technological Chemist major from UNICAMP Institute of Chemistry (2021-2024). From 2023 to 2024, worked as an undergraduate student researcher at the Synthetic Organic Chemistry Lab (LQOS) in association with the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) - LOLA Project. Currently, works on the synthesis, functionalization and biological evaluation of saturated phenyl bioisosteres in anti-chagasic compounds, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Luiz C. Dias and co-supervision of Dr. Luiza Cruz, in colaboration with DNDi (Global H2L LO Chagas Consortium). Main work areas include Organic Synthesis and Medicinal Chemistry, with focus on the planning and optimization of bioactive compounds for the treatment of Neglected Diseases.
