PhD candidate in Science and Technology Policy at the University of Campinas (Unicamp). Holds a Master's degree in the same field from Unicamps Institute of Geosciences, a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the School of Applied Sciences (FCA/Unicamp), and a degree in Political Science from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. Also holds a Technical degree in Administration from the Federal Institute of São Paulo São Roque Campus. Currently, a researcher at the Center for Urbanization Studies for Knowledge and Innovation (CEUCI), the Public Sector Studies Laboratory (LESP/Unicamp), the Behavioral Change Initiative (BCI), and the Policy Innovation Analysis Group (GAPI/Unicamp). Served as a member of the Superior Council of the Federal Institute of São Paulo (2017-2021). Research interests include knowledge production and innovation, sustainable development, society-university-public sector interaction, behavioral sciences, and policy analysis and evaluation.
