Forestry Engineer from the Federal University of Acre (UFAC). During my undergraduate studies, I interned at the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), working on environmental monitoring and forest management activities. For my final undergraduate project, I developed a supervised classification study using Google Earth Engine and Sentinel satellite imagery to detect deforestation in a Protected Area near the capital of Acre. Masters degree in Planning and Use of Renewable Resources (PPGPUR) from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar Sorocaba Campus), specializing in geoprocessing. My research, funded by FAPESP, is titled Scenarios for the Implementation of Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) Aimed at Biodiversity Conservation, focusing on scenario modeling to evaluate vegetation increase and landscape connectivity in the restoration of low-suitability pasturelands.
