Birthplace: Brazil

Biologist by the Federal University of São Carlos, master's student in the Post-Graduate Program in Ecology and Natural Resources (PPGERN) and member of the Laboratory of Microbial Processes and Biodiversity (LMPB). During undergraduate years, studied the production of fluorescent dissolved organic matter (FDOM) by freshwater phytoplankton, with an interest in variation between species and over time, and on the impact of climate change on this process. Currently investigating interspecific ecological interactions in the aquatic microbiome based on time series of biological and environmental data. Familiar with phytoplankton cultivation techniques, collection of limnological variables and water samples, flow cytometry, fluorescence spectroscopy and chemical analysis of water.
