Bachelor in Nutrition from the University Center of Patos de Minas - MG (2010). Master's (2013) and Doctorate (2020) in Food and Nutrition, with emphasis on Nutritional Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP - Araraquara/SP. Visiting researcher at the US Horticultural Research Laboratory, located at the US Department of Agriculture-USDA (2015). Worked with the Intestine Group at the Wyss Institute/Harvard Medical School (2020). Conducted postdoctoral research at ICMC-USP/São Carlos in collaboration with the Laboratory of Organic Chemistry of Biological Systems (2024). Nutrition professor (since 2017). Develops observational research focused on the analysis of dietary intake and its associations with nutritional status, as well as experimental investigations on the biological effects of natural compounds (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
