Nutritionist at Centro Universitário São Camilo with full PROUNI scholarship. She was an intended student of the Scientific Initiation completed in 2020, on the theme "Development and physical-chemical characterization of edible biopolymers based on modified cassava starches and casein added with amaranth irradiated with electron rays". She carried out theoretical-practical molecular biology training at the Barreira Intestinal laboratory of the University of São Paulo in January / 2020. She interned in the area of Quality Control at UAN and Nutritional Education of children and adolescents from 2019 to 2020. She carried out an exchange from March / 2021 to July / 2021 at Universidad San Sebastian, Chile. Currently, she is a FAPESP scholarship holder for a master's degree at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo at the Lipid Laboratory (LIM-10), focusing on advanced glycation products, inflammation and lipid homeostasis.
