PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Teaching and History of Science and Mathematics (PEHCM) at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). Holds a Master's degree in Science and Mathematics Teaching from IFSP São Paulo/SP campus and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from IFSP Caraguatatuba/SP campus. I have experience with distance learning platforms (Moodle). I have conducted research in ICT in education, particularly in: (i) chess games (online and in-person courses); (ii) simulators and software for teaching physics and mathematics; (iii) basic electronics for building circuits using the Arduino prototyping board. I have experience in the field of Physics, with a focus on science education, scientific outreach, and science literacy. During my master's program, I developed a course with 10 lessons on Arduino integrated with Physics education, especially focusing on automating data collection using the Tinkercad Virtual Learning Environment. During my undergraduate studies, I developed low-cost experiments for teaching Physics and worked with virtual simulators. I am a member of the Research Group on Technological Innovation for Physics Teaching (GPITEF), conducting research and developing educational resources supported by digital technologies to improve teaching practices. I am a PhD fellow funded by FAPESP, with the research project titled: "The social representations of future physics teachers regarding data collection automation and computational thinking: a comparative analysis between students' discourses and pedagogical projects." I am currently undertaking a sandwich PhD at the Research Centre on Didactics and Technology in the Education of Trainers at the University of Aveiro, Portugal, with the research project titled: "Data Collection Automation in Physics Education and the Development of Computational Thinking: an analysis of representations and practices in teacher training institutions in Portugal and Brazil."
