I am a Master's student in the Animal Bioscience Graduate Program at the University of São Paulo (FZEA/USP), under the guidance of Professor Dr. Aline Silva Mello Cesar. I hold a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2021). As a Master's student, my project is focused on pigs in the area of transcriptomics. My research focuses on the identification of SNPs and gene expression, utilizing bioinformatics tools for the analysis of next-generation sequencing data (RNA-seq). I am involved in SNP calling, identification of eQTLs, and applying GWAS, as well as enrichment tools. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
