Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from UNICAMP (2021), M.Sc. in Agricultural Production Systems from UNIFENAS (2008), with postgraduate degrees in Agribusiness Management (UFLA, 2006) and People Management (UNIFEI, 2014). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Business Management (ASSER, 2005). Currently a tenured professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP), São João da Boa Vista Campus, where he coordinates the undergraduate program in Technology in Managerial Processes. He leads two research groups: GEPROGER (Studies in Managerial Processes), focusing on agribusiness supply chain management and financial management of organizations; and GETIS-Agro (Studies in Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability in Agribusiness), dedicated to research on sustainability and strategic management in agricultural systems. His research emphasizes technical and economic efficiency in coffee and jabuticaba production chains. He has 15 years of professional experience managing coffee-producing farms in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Mato Grosso. His doctoral thesis addressed efficiency and sustainability indicators in potato production in the Campinas region (SP), and he has published scientific articles on potato and coffee production, with a focus on agribusiness management. Since 2021, he has coordinated two research projects on efficiency and sustainability indicators in family coffee farming in southern Minas Gerais and the São João da Boa Vista mesoregion (SP). He has published 11 scientific articles and supervised 8 undergraduate research projects on this topic. He has also participated in two extension projects supporting smallholder coffee producers in the municipalities of Caconde, São Sebastião da Grama, and Divinolândia (SP). From 2021 to 2025, he led the project for the recognition of the Geographical Indication (GI) of jabuticaba and its derivatives in Casa Branca (SP), approved under Setec/MEC calls 63/2021 and 03/2022. This initiative resulted in the publication of two book chapters and contributed significantly to the socio-economic development of the region. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
