Undergraduate student at the Oceanography Institute of the University of São Paulo (IO-USP), with experience in geological and geophysical oceanography, gained through a FAPESP Scientific Initiation scholarship. She has contributed to research on coral reefs and climate change and is currently developing her thesis investigating oceanographic variables that may grant climate refuge status to the coral reefs of Raja Ampat. She is also a director at 'IO Júnior,' the oceanography junior enterprise at IO-USP, where works on projects related to consulting and environmental education. With a strong interest and experience in science communication, she is the author of children's books on cetaceans, aimed at disseminating scientific knowledge and ocean literacy in a playful and accessible manner.
