Undergraduate student of Physics Bachelors at the Physics Institute of the University of São Paulo (IFUSP), member of the HEPIC (High Energy Physics Instrumentation Center) scientific studies group, of the Department of Nuclear Physics (DFNC). Currently doing a scientific initiation with a FAPESP scholarship under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Marcelo Gameiro Munhoz. I'm currently getting experience in the area of #8203;#8203;High Energy Nuclear Physics, with an emphasis on: Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions, Particle Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Instrumentation for Particle and Nuclear Physics, Computer Simulators (with programs such as Geant4 and Garfield++ in object-oriented programming language C++), Microstructured Gaseous Particle Detectors (MPGDs - Micropattern Gaseous Detectors), Detection and Particle Identification methods, Neutron Detectors, GEM plates (Gas Electron Multipliers), Interactions of charged particles and radiation with matter, improvements ALICE detector of the LHC at CERN, phenomenological experimental and theoretical studies regarding the QED (Quantum Electrodynamics) and QGP (Quark Gluon Plasma), as well as Thermodynamics and applied Statistical Mechanics principles to better study the extremely energetic system in the interior of particle detectors.
