Nikolas Kemmerich

Graduated at Federal University of Santa Maria - UFSM (2011), master (2013) and PhD (2018) in science at University of São Paulo - USP. During graduation went scientific initiation at National Institute for Space Research - INPE, having experience in Galactic Cosmic Rays Experiments applied to Sun-Earth interaction. In master degree changed subject to Ultra-High Energy Cosmic Rays. In the PhD searched about the photonic component of UHECR being part of Pierre Auger Collaboration. During this period made an internship at Instrumentation Laboratory and Experimental Particle Physics, Lisbon, Portugal. Currently, I am a pos-doc at Physics Institute at University of São Paulo where I search about direct detection of dark matter. As researcher of experimental Astroparticle physics I have interest in cosmic rays, dark matter, neutrino physics and cosmology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
