Birthplace: Brazil

Undergraduate student in Agronomic Engineering (Bachelors degree) at the University of São Paulo, Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP) enrolled in 2021. Participated in the Climatology and Agricultural Modeling Group (ESALQ-CLIMA) at the Department of Biosystems Engineering, where she held a scientific initiation scholarship funded by the Unified Scholarship Program (PUB) of USP, investigating the efficiency of herbicide absorption under different climatic conditions in maize, as well as the influence of ENSO on bean yield across various sowing and harvesting dates. Currently, she is part of the Plant Molecular Biology Laboratory at the Department of Genetics, holding a scientific initiation scholarship funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), and is investigating maize pathogenesis-related (PR) proteins in multitrophic plant-insect-fungus interactions. With the same project, in 2025 she completed a Research Internship Abroad Scholarship (BEPE - FAPESP) at the Università degli Studi di Milano (UNIMI), in the Department of Biosciences. She has experience in the fields of Field Crops, Molecular Biology, Plant Genetics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Bioinformatics, mainly focusing on the following topics: Management of Major Crops (sugarcane, soybean, and maize) and Plant Biotechnology, with an emphasis on biotic stress, multitrophic plant-insect-fungus interactions, and protein-protein interactions.
