Currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute of Biosciences at the University of São Paulo, SP, where I did my PhD in Ecology.Graduated in Animal Science and Technology, focusing on natural parks and zoos, from the University of Évora (2012) and Master in Management and Conservation of Natural Resources from the University of Lisbon/University of Évora (2015). I participated in several Spatial Ecology and Biogeography projects in Portugal, Spain and Thailand, with a primary focus on snakes, lizards and freshwater turtles.My main interests are spatial ecology, biogeography and macroecology of communities, especially reptiles and amphibians.Additionally, he has participated in several conservation projects linked to WWF (impact of changes in land use linked to commodities on vertebrate conservation) and the Zoological Society of London (trends in abundance of Brazilian vertebrates and their consequences on conservation status) (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
