Birthplace: Brazil

PhD in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2023), with a bachelor's degree (2016) and a master's degree (2019) from the same institution. Works in experimental condensed matter physics, with an emphasis on optical and terahertz time-resolved spectroscopy, magneto-optics, spintronics, electronic transport, and scientific instrumentation. During his PhD, developed the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system currently operated by the Terahertz Science, Technology, and Innovation Group (GCTI-THz/IFUSP), a work that earned him the IFUSP Instrumentation Excellence Award (2024). He is currently a postdoctoral researcher and FAPESP TT-5 fellow at the Department of Materials Physics and Mechanics at IFUSP, investigating the properties of quantum materials using THz-TDS.
