I am an undergraduate student in Biological Sciences at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo, Butantã Campus (2021 - present). At the Laboratory of Human Evolutionary Studies (LEEH), Department of Genetics and Evolutionary Biology, Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (IB-USP), I focused on the organization and curation of the Awá-Guajá ethnographic fauna collection (2022) and participated in research in the areas of taphonomy and zooarchaeology of paleontological and archaeological sites. I was also involved in a project within the same laboratory, dedicated to the analysis, organization, curation, and externalization of an osteological reference collection of fauna (August 2022 - August 2023). This experience provided me with knowledge in taxonomy, vertebrate zoology, and zooarchaeology. Through this work, I gained skills in photography and website development, thanks to the promotion of the Renato Kipnis Collection developed in the project. I developed a FAPESP-funded scientific initiation project at LEEH (20242025), conducting research in paleontology, taphonomy, and taxonomy of Brazilian Pleistocene fossils. This experience enabled me to participate in national and international scientific events and to write articles for publication. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
