Earned a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the Institute of Physics of São Carlos at the University of São Paulo. Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal University of São Paulo - Diadema Campus. His research focuses on the fabrication and characterization of nanostructured films, photodynamic and photothermal inactivation of microorganisms, and biomembrane models for investigating interactions with drugs, biomolecules, and bioactive compounds.
