He has a PhD in Sociology from the Postgraduate Program in Sociology (PPGS) at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, with an emphasis on Sociology and Master's degree in Sociology from the same program and university. Researcher at the Institute for Comparative Studies in Conflict Management (INCT-INEAC). Member of the Study Group on Violence and Conflict Management (GEVAC-UFSCar), led by Dr. Prof. Jacqueline Sinhoretto.
