Biologist from the Federal University of Uberlândia and master in Ecology from the University of Brasilia. Has academic experience in Ecology, focusing on Applied Ecology, acting on the following subjects: community ecology, population ecology, non-timber (NTFP) forest products management, Butia capitata, civil society organizations, rural communities and Indigenous peoples with ecological restoration and socioeconomic alternatives in the Brazilian Amazon and Cerrado. Currently acts as a consultant for indigenous communities in the Indigenous Territory of Xingu (MT) and as manager of the Xingu Seed Network, an initiative to produce and sell native forest seeds from the Cerrado and Amazon for forest restoration (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
