Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Bioinformatics at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a research focus on phage biology and the molecular interactions between bacteriophages and bacteria. Develops genomic and transcriptomic analyses using RNA-seq, with emphasis on the temporal dynamics of phage infection, gene expression modulation, and bacterial defense mechanisms. Experienced in genome assembly, annotation, and functional analysis of bacterial and viral genomes. Skilled in biological data analysis within Unix/Linux environments, using R, Python, and shell scripting.
